Cape Name: Covenant Real Name: Lucas Weiss Age: 21 Power: Creates extreme feelings of fear when interacting with individuals. Can force people into pacts/pledges/compulsions after talking to them long enough. After getting a piece of personal information the enemy can be talked into doing just about anything. Origin Story: As a child, Covenants family owned a restaurant that the mob was using to launder money through. His family was harassed often and forced to pay protection dues, however the mob made very little effort to actually protect Covenant and his family. Eventually as a teenager this all culminated in a rival gang slaughtering his family. This is when Covenant developed an ability that would will the mob into keeping their promises. Bio: Doesn't like to make public appearances due to his power. When he does have to be in public he wears sunglasses and a face mask as this lessens the strength of his power. Eventually she developed the power to break out of the house she was kept in through brute force alone. Bio: Has a very gym freak diet. Getting her degree in Sports Medicine. Super powered father died from cancer (too many radiation based arch nemesis), this triggered her power. They liked to work on classic cars together. Bio: Doesn't try to hide her identity much.
