Cape Name: Mothman Real Name: Harold Abbot Age: 47 Power: Tinker with a specialization in small combative devices. He also has the power of insectokineses as well as a short term future sight. Origin Story: Mothmans parents died in a plane crash when he was 15. With the stress of inheriting a casino empire and having new mob related problems he developed his powers after being trapped in his parents attic surrounded by moths. Bio: Worlds greatest private investigator. He heads a hero team in Las Vegas. He is extremely wealthy from owning a chain of Casinos on the Vegas strip. He has a contingency plan just incase any of the Watchtower members turn. (They all suck) (Wouldn't work). Raised his daughter to be a cape even before she had powers. Theme Song: Moth - Audioslave

Cape Name: Lady Justice Real Name: Anne Howell Age: 67 Power: Can compel the truth out of people within a touching range. She is also rather strong and doesn't appear to age. Origin Story: Grew up in a new age hippie dooms day cult in rural Oregon, when her "family" was about to "drink the kool aid" she gained her powers and escaped. Bio: Heads a Hero team in Portland (not a very popular team). She is an advocate for anti religion politics. She has tried running for mayor a few times and has lost every time (as a republican). Cape Name: Cyborg Real Name: Titus Valentino Age: 50 Power: Tinker with a specialty in Cybernetics. He can create just about any technology as long as it replaces flesh. Origin Story: Developed bone cancer as a teenager, in order to stop the spread of the cancer he had to lose his arm. After being sent home he developed his power and built himself a new arm in his garage. Bio: Owns a tinker think tank/orginization called A.D.M.E.C.H. (Advanced Design and Mastery of Engineering Chemistry and Human Enhancement). Over time he has replaced almost all of his body mass with cybernetics. Origin Story: Dr. Excelsior was one of four astronauts during the Challanger explosion. Sadly he was the lone survior. As the rocket exploded is when he gained his power. Bio: Son of a multimillionaire. He owns and operates his team the San Lazaro Titans. He is the newest member of Watchtower and enjoys socializing with big names in Juniperwood. Cape Name: Wonderman Real Name: Scott Wayne Age: Deceased Power: With a focus on Flight, Wonderman poses multiple powers: Freeze Breath, Super Strength and Eye Lasers (Doesn't seem to age) Origin Story: After being experimented on by the CIA with his brothers, Wonderman was sent to an orphanage in Boston but was never adopted. When he aged out of the system he moved to New York to persue a life of caped crusadeing. Bio: Former leader and founder of Watchtower, nobody really knows why but one day Wonderman left a note on the front desk of Watchtower HQ and then promptly flew himself into the sun.
